Repairs - FREE Pick-up and Delivery!

Scooter city will pick up your mobility scooter or motorized wheelchair - at no charge - and have it back as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours). In the meantime, we'll provide a loaner free of charge to keep you mobile. We do not charge any call out fees!

Extended Warranty

Scooter City extends all warranties to cover a full 3 years of labour at no cost to you. We'll also extend most manufacturer's warranties to cover more of the parts cost than their standard warranty provides.

Free In-Home Trial

You should NEVER buy before you try. We can arrange for a FREE in-home trial on all our mobility scooters or power chairs (new or used). Our mobile showroom is always fully equipped and ready to come to you if you can't come to us.

Used Equipment

We provide only quality pre-owned equipment and every unit comes with a minimum 6 month warranty (sometimes more) and is always provided with brand new batteries. Our stock constantly changes and we are willing to take trade-ins at any time.

Rentals

Our rental program includes power wheelchairs and mobility scooters. All prices of wheelchair rentals include delivery and pick-up. When arranging a wheelchair rental, we try to fit the power chair, electric wheelchair or mobility scooter to your specific needs whenever possible.

The wheelchair rentals program is normally for short term needs; ie weekly or monthly. If a long term rental is required, it is sometimes more cost-effective to look at lease to purchase option.

Financing

Scooter City can provide financing on all our services and products (including new and used equipment) All payment plans are subject to credit approval and a financing charge.

Extended Medical Coverage

We can help you fill out paperwork for extended health coverage. If you have Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Maritime Life, Manulife, or other extended health benefits, you may be covered for part of all of the cost of your equipment.

Available Funding

Funding is available through extended medical coverage plans, such as; Blue Cross, Sun Life Financial, Manulife Financial to name a few. These plans usually cover between 80% - 100% of the cost.

We also provide financing through a National Bank (subject to credit approval) for both new and used equipment.

We may also be able to fund your purchase through our "Purchase/Lease to Own" program. Please contact our office for further details.
